    I enjoy watching TED’s and more so when they involve bikes.  I am not sure where the balance is between cars, bikes, walking and riding WTA.  In my view though, bikes are the waifs on the teeter-totter here in Whatcom County.  It’s far too dangerous out there, especially in Ferndale.
